The Queen’s Cup® Race, hosted annually by South Shore Yacht Club (SSYC), is one of the most historic and prestigious sailing events on the Great Lakes. Since its inception, this legendary overnight race has challenged sailors with an exhilarating 66-nautical-mile course across Lake Michigan, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Grand Haven, Michigan.
Competing for the coveted Queen’s Cup® Trophy, one of the oldest and most storied trophies in yacht racing, participants navigate shifting winds and open waters in a true test of skill, endurance, and strategy. Beyond the race, the event fosters camaraderie, sportsmanship, and a deep appreciation for sailing tradition.

The last day to order online is June 22, 2026. After that, merchandise will be available for purchase at the event.

Pickup will be available on June 25 & 26, 2026. We will also be on site selling gear embellished with the Queen's Cup 2026 Regatta logos.
